By using SiamConnect you agree to these terms. We facilitate verified introductions and escrow-protected bookings between travelers and companions.

1. Eligibility

• All users must complete identity verification (KYC)
• Companions must hold an approved platform profile
• You must be 18 or older

2. Payments & Escrow

• Funds are held in escrow until a booking is completed
• Commission (25% companion bookings; 18% tours) is deducted at release
• Refunds follow our cancellation policy

3. Conduct

• No contact details exchanged outside the platform until gated release
• Harassment, scam attempts, or underage content = immediate ban
• All messages are screened for PII and safety
