What we collect

• Account information (email, profile details you provide)
• Verification documents (KYC) — stored encrypted
• Messaging content — redacted for safety before delivery
• Booking and payment records (escrow lifecycle)

How we protect it

• Passwords are bcrypt-hashed; never stored in plaintext
• Messages are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM)
• PII in messages is redacted by our screening service
• Money is held in escrow — never commingled with operating funds
